I visited ur tea estate , its beutiful. I am also tea planter and head of Chubwa Tea estate, the oldest tea estate in the world. The garden is 800 hectres and produces orthodox and CTC. i wish to visit whenever i go to america to meet my sis in law.

What a fantastic, informative post. I love iced tea, but my mom loves it a lot more. I make iced tea almost every other week. I do it in a different order (boil water and sugar then add to tea bags), but I do make a point to not add sugar to cold water! Great point.
