Is it spring yet? I am definitely ready for it. In Charlotte there have been a few days with highs in the 60s, and then it drops down below freezing at night. With football season now over, the height of college basketball is in full swing. It is only a few weeks until March Madness and the ushering in of Spring!
I am ready for the green to come back to the trees and flowers to bloom. Most importantly, I am looking forward to cooking and eating outside! I was looking back at posts from last year and and thought I would share with you some of my favorite Spring and Summer drinks! With spring right around the corner, it is never too early to start thinking about refreshing drinks to have while sitting outside. Just click on the picture and it will take you to the post.

I wish that I could speed up the transition, but unfortunately I will just have to wait. The beautiful Spring days will be here soon! I have a lot of ideas for when the weather is nice and I look forward to sharing them with you. In the mean time, enjoy the rest of your winter. On Friday, I will have another National Food Day and I have a new section of the blog to unveil. Enjoy your Wednesday.

Taylor - Thanks Mallory. I hope you enjoy your whiskey sour! It isn’t quite 70 here yet, but I still might have to have one as well this weekend.
Annie - Wow, these drinks all look amazing. Thankfully when spring arrives and it’s warm enough to enjoy these drinks, my baby will be born and it will be safe for me to indulge in adult beverages again
Can’t wait!
Georgia @ The Comfort of Cooking - Wow, Taylor, all of these drinks look marvelous! I wouldn’t know where to start if I had them all in front of me. Your photography is stunning, as is your blog. So glad that Annie from Annie’s Eats pointed me to you. Thanks for sharing! I’m looking forward to exploring your recipes more!
Lauren - Wow, wow, wow! I want that Sangria in my hand right now!

DessertForTwo - Wow, gorgeous photos (as always)
I wish it was spring too, although, I shouldn’t complain. It’s been mid 60s in nor-Cal all week and the rest of the country is covered in ice
Patricia - Your drink shots have always been some of my favorite, and here they all are together! A parallel to the joys of spring indeed.
Jacqueline - The blood orange sangria is my favorite. What an awesome picture, and drink idea! Although I have to say, I do not feel to bad for you, I just can’t wait for it to be over 30 degrees outside so I can run outside!
