If adding bacon to any food makes it taste better, and adding chocolate makes things better as well, what happens when you add bacon and chocolate together? Is the taste to overwhelming to handle?
I finally answered this question at the South Carolina State Fair. My conclusion is that, yes ! Bacon and Chocolate together are just as amazing as you might think. The sweetness of the chocolate with the salty bacon flavor is pretty much a match made in heaven. If you are not a fan of bacon then I can understand how you would find this disgusting, but it truly is something every bacon lover needs to try.
