YUM! Empanadas are my favorite and using Chorizo is genius. In honor of National Empanada day I’m heading over to the Argentine bakery down the street to get my fix!

Thanks Yadi, I was wondering if the dough I was using was meant for frying. Baking didn’t quite give the golden crust I was looking for. I will definitely take you advice and fry next time!
