Happy National Eat All you veggies day! Personally, I don’t think this day should be reserved for just June 17th. It should be every day!
There are many different ways to eat all of your veggies. You can pick them straight from the ground like I did in Vermont!
Or you can get them from your local farmer’s market!
Once you have your veggies there are millions of ways to prepare them or eat them raw! You can add more veggies and tofu like I had in Athens…
Or add some bacon and make a sandwich like I had in Berkeley…
If you like fried food then you can have your vegetables fried! Like I had in Clemson..
or in Charlotte..
However you decide to get and make your vegetables, just make sure you eat them all! Have a great weekend.
Today I will buy some vegetables and stay away from meat =) You have a great photos.
I’m going to be in Charlotte in a couple of weeks. I think I need to hit you up for a camera lesson, ha! Your pictures are so great!
