Recently, I talked about Magpies incredibly creative blue velvet minis they made in honor of Elvis Presley’s 75th birthday.
That was an awesome cupcake, but that was not the only one I tried in my visit to Magpies. When I saw this strawberry cream mini I had to give it a try. Do you blame me?

We have one cupcake place in town that has taken Nashville by storm… but sadly, I think their cupcakes are just mediocre. So, I’m still in search of amazing cupcakes. Maybe I should take a road trip to Knoxville!
Yes if you are in Knoxville I would definitely suggest you stop in and try one!
I recently made a cupcake loaded with grated fresh ginger and topped with limoncello frosting and it was pretty amazing. I’m planning to do a post on it in the next day or two.
