Green Beer!

March 12, 2010 · 7 comments

Next Wednesday is St. Patrick’s Day. If you are like me, you will probably be drinking green beer and celebrating this weekend. Green beer is very easy to make. All you need is green food coloring and your favorite light beer.

Step 1. Pour your beer.

Step 2. Add 2 drops of green food coloring

Step 3. Stir

Step 4. Enjoy

That is all you have to do! Enjoy celebrating and be safe this weekend! I will be in Savannah,GA, this weekend. Next week I will share with you what food I discover.

What a funky idea! And I bet the colouring would also turn your tongue green, should be a great thing to try.

I was considering this for my party but is it something you can make in pitchers or is it something that shouldnt set for long? I hate to be mixing individual beers for everyone!

Yes Megan, you can make it in a pitcher at the party, I am not sure how many drops of coloring it will take, as a reference, I used 2 drops in the pint pictured above. I hope it works out well!
