I would definitely suggest trying it, such an interesting flavor profile. The bacon was thick cut so it was more on the chewy side than the crispy side.

Dear Taylortakesataste, the photo of that Elvis Panini is very professional. I enjoyed reading this post because you describe this so well I can almost taste it. That is a true talent! If I was a chef I would want you to be the one to describe my dishes.
