Upon walking into Cupcake, I discovered a combination I had never seen before! LEMON BLUEBERRY!

The combination of lemon icing and blueberry cake was amazing. The lemon icing had the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. Other than the amazing flavor that this cupcake had, I love the creativity Cupcake takes in decorating. The blue sprinkles and candied lemon on top are great touches. If you are ever in Columbia and in the mood for something sweet, I would definitely stop by Cupcake. Enjoy!
