Do you know what Migas are? If you have not been to Austin or San Antonio, then you might not be lucky enough to have had this amazing Tex Mex breakfast item.
When I was in Austin last year I had tried Migas for the first time and instantly fell in love. What is not to love about eggs, pico de gallo and tortilla chips mixed together! Top with cheese and serve with salsa and refried beans and you have an awesome breakfast!

But wait, it gets better! At Cisco’s they have Migas Fajitas. Tasty Migas served with skirt steak!

When in Austin just head down to 1511 East 6th Street and give Cisco’s a try. It is pretty easy to find, just look for the big green building! If you are intrigued by Migas I will be making my own very soon so be sure to check that out!

In addition to awesome Migas, I was surprised to see that Cisco’s had amazing biscuits! Austin is tortilla country so I was surprised to see tasty biscuits at a Tex Mex place. At the tables there was honey and butter for you to add to your biscuits. Definitely a must do!
