I love living in Austin! Good call on trying RR Donuts!!! I don’t like donuts, to be honest I don’t like a lot of sweets in general but these donuts are seriously on the best things I’ve ever eaten! Salt Lick and Trudy’s are also really good!

I grew up in Charlotte, but went to grad school at UT. I completely agree with Trudy’s and Magnolia’s, as well as Kerbey Lane. Next time, you gotta try Chuy’s, Romeo’s and Iron Cactus. Yum, I’m completely jealous of your trip!

u missed Gourdough’s (all sorts of sinful donuts), TRIO (at least try the crispy pork belly and orange baked alaska ( top is mousse then ice cream inside is like an orange sorbet, bottom is like a cookie crust and on the side r strawberries marinated in conyak) , First Chinese BBQ (their duck is like butter), Home Slice I iike the Margarita Pizza with pepperoni
