that part of the cake be carrot cake, otherwise that might just be a deal breaker. Yes I do feel that strongly about carrot cake.
Given this, you can just imagine how excited I was to see that hey cupcake! The MJ was a great cupcake, but given the makeup (carrot cake) of the hey cupcake’s 24 carrot cupcake I had to say I enjoyed it better. Just look at that carrot cake!
and the icing!
I have now tried 2 of hey cupcake’s flavors. On my next trip to Austin I will have to make a return and try the rest! What is the best cupcake you have ever had?

Angela - This is one of my favorite foodie finds in Austin! I have to stop every time I am in town. My favorite is the Michael Jackson cupcake.
